Ruth Miklus passed away January 17, 2025, at the age of 103, at home surrounded by her loving daughter Mickey Bueno..  Ruth had a long and fulfilling life.  Ruth was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.  She lived life to the fullest and especially loved spending time with her family and friends.  Although Ruth is gone, she will live in our hearts forever.

Ruth is survived by her daughter Mary Theresa Bueno, sons in law Marcelo Bueno, John Kostik and Jack Nemitz, 7 grandchildren Marianne Painter, John Kostik, Karen Kostik, Michele Reese, Raymond Nemitz, Mark Nemitz, and John Nemitz Jr., 13 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.

Ruth was preceded in death parents John and Mary Sugdines Seplavich, her husband, Andrew Miklus, daughters Joyce Kostik and Janice Nemitz, sister Antoinette Worrell, brother William Seplavich and grandson Andrew Bueno.

Ruth was a graduate of Throop High School and a long time employee of Eureka Printing Company.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 A.M. Tuesday ,January 28, 2025 at Blessed Sacrament Parish at St. Anthony's Church, 215 Rebecca St.,Throop,PA.  Friends and Family ,may pay their respects Tuesday from 9 AM until 10 AM in the church.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Ruth's name to Blessed Sacrament Parish, or Hospice of the Sacred Heart 30 E,Preate Drive, Suite 108, Moosic, PA or a charity of your chlice

Private interment will be held at a future date.
