Bob Fuhr passed in peace on November 16 at the age of 95.  Bob was born in Throop, Pa to George and Emily Richardson Fuhr.  He lived in Throop for the majority of his ninety-five years.  Bob was preceded in death by his loving wife, Dorothy Grabowski and daughter Karen Fuhr Schrader.

Bob was the devoted and loving father of Robert G. Fuhr, Throop, PA and Diane Habeeb (Tim), Newton,PA.  He was the proud grandfather of Brady Savani (Jake), Clarks Summit,PA, Timmy Habeeb, Arlington, VA, Danny Habeeb, Newton,PA and Abby Schrader, Dunmore, PA.  Bob is survived by nieces and nephews, other relatives, and  friends.  Bob was preceded in death by his parents and brothers William Fuhr, Richard Fuhr and George Fuhr.

Bob will be fondly remembered by family and friends as a loving father, and doting Grandfather who never missed a recital, concert, sports event, or scientific competition where one of "poppa's grandkids was involved.  Bob attended Throop High School.  Before retirement Bob was employed by McKinney Manufacturing.  He served his country during WWII in the US Army. Bob was active in the Throop Hose Company #1 his entire adult life and held the office of Recording Secretary for many years.  He was also an active member of the Blessed Sacrament Holy Name Society and the Throop "Over 55 Club" where he enjoyed playing pinochle with "his crew".

Family and friends may pay their respects at the John F. Glinsky Funeral Home,Inc 445 Sanderson St Throop on Monday November 21,2022 from 5 to 7 p.m.

Funeral Service will be held at Blessed Sacrament Parish at St. Anthony's Church, 215 Rebecca St. Throop,PA , November 22, 2022 at 9:30 A.M.

Interment will follow at St. Anthony's Cemetery, Dickson City,PA
