Marleen M. Sadowski 86, of Jefferson Township passed away on Thursday March 24, 2022 at home with her husband of 64 years,Richard J.Sadowski by her side.  Born in Throop,PA she was the daughter of the late Michael J.Harkins Sr, and Dorothy (Bagley) Harkins.Throughout the years Marleen helped take care of her family members as well as numerous pets.  She was an avid animal lover her entire life.  Whether it be cats,dogs,birds, or anything in between they could always find compassion,food, shelter at her home.

In addition to her husband Richard, Marleen is survived by her son Richard G. Sadowski, her grandsons Nicholas and Adam Sadowski, her brother Michael J. Harkins,Jr and wife Helen.  She was preceded in death by her sisters, Dorothy Jones and Cheryl VanWert.
