Margaret Mary Langan Krayer passed away at Temple Hospital in Philadelphia on Sunday February 16 with her daughter April by her side.  She was the daughter of the late Robert William Langan and Nancy Newkirk Langan.  She was born in Scranton and graduated from Scranton Technical High School and Lackawanna Junior College.  She started her career at Metropolitan Life and later spent many years working for Signode Industrial Group.  Prior to starting her family, she loved singing with the folk group at Immaculate Conception Church in Scranton.  She moved to Lake Ariel as her family grew and continued to reside there until she was admitted to the hospital.

Margaret was a devoted mother, grandmother and sister who loved spending time with her family.  She always made the best potato salad for family gatherings, stuffing for Thanksgiving dinner and homemade cookies for christmas.

Margaret is survived by her three daughters: Kristen Krayer and fiance' Kyle, Katie Krayer and boyfriend Ryan and April Krayer and husband Clinton. She adored spending time with her four grandchildren, Daphne, Carter, Isabella and Harper.  Her smile lit up the room when she was with them.

Margaret is survived by her sister Rose Ann Langan Jubinski and husband Thomas and she was preceded in death by her sister Kathy Langan Gerber and brother Robert William Langan Jr.
