Kelly Cabets was born on March 20,1983 to Renee Rizzi and Joseph Cabets.  She was raised in Moosic and Throop. Kelly attended and graduated from Mid Valley Secondary Center where she made a handful of life-long friends.  She was the lovely granddaughter of the late William and Joan Rizzi of Scranton, and Agnes and Joseph Cabets of Throop.  Welcomed by many into this world, our lovely Kelly passed away due to an accident in Mexico on September 11,2022 while on vacation.

Kelly was the epitome of femininity since she was a toddler.  Bows, dresses, fabulous footwear and collection of high-end makeup were some of the items that defined our Kelly.  She also had a passion for candles and had a vast collection.  Her love of fashion and art led to her career as Art Director and Designer after obtaining her degree in Communication Design at Kutztown University.  Kelly obtained employment in her field of choice and was dedicated to excellence in her craft.  She had relocated to Harrison, New Jersey and had a beautiful apartment which reflected her organizational skills and her artistic and vibrant personality.

Above all Kelly possessed and uncanny ability to bring joy to those around her.  We attribute this to her beautiful mind and soul.  Kelly will live on in the hearts of the many who loved her and they will honor her by living their best lives.  Kelly is survived by her parents, her cat Winkie, aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
