Joseph A. Barnick passed away June 30, 2025, peacefully at home in Dalton, (formally from Throop) surrounded by his family.

Joseph was born on January 10, 1957 , in Scranton to the Late Joseph and Elizabeth Lukowski Barnick.  Joseph was a 1974 graduate of Mid-Valley High School.  He retired from Manci's Collision as office manager.  Joseph was a dedicated hard worker who loved working with his hands from fixing cars to restoring old tractors.  He loved being outdoors and spending time with family and friends.

He is survived by his wife Sandra of 46 years, his sons Joseph (Kristi) and Nicholas and his three grandchildren, Colten, Natalie and Madalyn.  As well as his brother James and sisters Deborah Cesari, Susan Chapman, and Melissa Winslow (Darren) along with sisters-in-law Karen Musgrave (Rick) and brother-in-law Joseph Roman (Lisa) and several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Joe's life will be held Sunday July 13, 2025;  2pm to 4pm at the John F. Glinsky Funeral Home, Inc., 445 Sanderson St. Throop,PA 18512.
