Ann Marie Carey passed away December 10 at Regional Hospital of Scranton

Ann was born in Scranton to the late Duane and Eleanor Ross Burlingame,

She was a 1980 graduate of Abington Heights High School and a member of the Chinchilla United Methodist Church.

She was a kind and compassionate soul as well as a lover of animals.Ann loved going on cruises with her family and listening to music

one of her favorite songs was Somewhere over the Rainbow

Prior to her leaving the company, she worked many years as a cashier at Weis Markets in Clarks Summit

She is survived by her Husband William Carey and Her Son Aaron Carey ,South Abington Twp

Also surviving are her sisters Lynn Young and Donna Serrenti

A celebration of life will be held Tuesday December 28 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the John F.Glinsky Funeral Home,445 Sanderson St Throop

from 5 to 7 p.m. Social distancing and facial coverings must be observed to keep all those attending safe
