Obituary

Alberta Grabowski of Estero, Florida and Throop, Pennsylvania passed away peacefully on January 17, 2025 at the Hospice of Sacred Heart Inpatient unit in Dunmore.  She was the widow of John "Jack" Grabowski and the daughter of the late Henry and Sophia Bielinski.

Born and raised in Dickson City, Alberta graduated from Dickson City High School.  She dedicated her life to her family as a mother and homemaker while also working alongside her husband to establish and grow their business, Keystone Propane.  Alberta had a remarkable talent for design and decorating. She was known for her elegant style and beautifully adorned homes, which could have graced the pages of any magazine.

Alberta is survived by her loving family; daughters Deborah Fiore and husband David, Susan Johnson and Kamy Wehrmann, and her husband, Bob; also son John Grabowski and wife Karen. Grandchildren Chad Altier and wife Valerie, Brooke Fiore, Mia Fiore, Jenna Inak, Josh Grabowski and wife Kim, Paige Cordova and Nelia Wehrmann.  She is survived by great grandchildren Cooper Altier, Madison Altier, Brody Altier, Ethan Inak, Elaine Grabowski, Isabella Cordova and Liam Cordova.

Alberta is survived by her brother Henry "Butch" Bielinski and proceeded in death by brother Jimmy Bielinski and sister Judy Burch.

The family extends heartfelt gratitude to the Glenmaura Senior Living and Hospice of the Sacred Heart for their exceptional care and compassion during Alberta's final months.

A celebration of Alberta's life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Hospice of the Sacred Heart, 30 E.D. Preate Drive, Suite 108, Moosic, PA 18507.

Alberta's Legacy of love, elegance, and dedication will forever be cherished by those who knew her. May her memory bring comfort to all who morn her passing,
